: Review date:This apple balm tastes really delicious. I got a small bottle as a gift some time ago and I thought it was really good. Unfortunately, you can't buy it anywhere in our shops. So I looked for it on the internet. I immediately ordered the canister, filled a few bottles and passed them on to relatives, who are all thrilled with it. Filling from the canister is a bit difficult, but if you put a plate underneath, you can catch it and use what spills out. And with a funnel it works quite well. I have already bought several apple cider vinegars but this apple balm is the best! The price is of course not the cheapest but you don't need that much and it tastes good!
Dieser Apfelbalsam schmeckt echt lecker. Ich bekam vor einiger Zeit eine kleine Flasche geschenkt und den fand ich total gut. Leider gibt's den bei uns nirgends zu kaufen im Geschäft. Also hab ich im Internet danach gesucht. Ich habe gleich den Kanister bestellt, habe einige Flaschen abgefüllt und an Verwandte weitergegeben die sind auch alle begeistert davon. Das Abfüllen aus dem Kanister ist etwas schwierig aber wenn man einen Teller drunter legt, kann man es auffangen und gleich verwenden was daneben läuft. Und mit einem Trichter geht es ganz gut. Ich habe schon mehrere Apfelessig gekauft aber dieser Apfelbalsam ist das Beste! Der Preis ist natürlich nicht das günstigste aber man braucht ja nicht so viel und es schmeckt halt!

: Review date:Very sweet. As the previous speaker described, it can be used, but it's a bit too sweet for me, maybe I'll add some apple vinegar... I will bottle the balm and give some away. By the way, I found bottling quite a pain, which I don't know how to avoid, because it comes out of the canister with a big bubbling bob, so I can't even pour it slowly. I opened the canister with a pair of pliers. I bought it as part of a special offer, so it was cheaper and I can get over the fact that the balm is not 100% mine.
Sehr süß. Wie mein Vorredner schon beschrieb einsetzbar, aber mir etwas zu süß, vielleicht mische ich noch Apfelessig hinzu.. Ich werde den Balsam in Flaschen abfüllen und einige verschenken. Übrigens fand ich das Abfüllen eine ganz schöne Plemperei, die ich nicht zu vermeiden weiß, denn es kommt mit großem Blubb-blöpp aus dem Kanister, da geht auch was daneben bei langsamen gießen. Aufbekommen habe ich den Kanister mit einer Zange. Im Rahmen einer Aktion gekauft, dadurch günstiger und das der Balsam nicht 100% meins ist, ist dadurch zu verschmerzen.

: Review date:Balsamico is now available in many flavours besides the pure originals ... but this apple balsamic is the only one we really like. Round and smooth like balsamic and the apples add a sweet-fruity note. Very, very good! We like it in summer with mozzarella + tomato + rocket and in winter it is perfect with lamb's lettuce with walnuts. The apple balsam is so good that it's worth ordering 5l right away! The canister is small and handy and it is easy to decant into bottles.
Balsamico gibt es neben den puren Originalen inzwischen in vielen Geschmacksrichtungen ... aber dieser Apfel Balsam ist die einzige Variante, die uns wirklich schmeckt. Rund und weich wie Balsamico und die Äpfel bringen eine süss-fruchtige Note dazu. Sehr, sehr gut! Schmeckt uns im Sommer zu Mozzarella + Tomate + Ruccola und im Winter ist der Balsam perfekt zu Feldsalat mit Walnüssen. Der Apfel-Balsam ist so gut, dass es sich lohnt, gleich 5l zu bestellen! Der Kanister ist klein und handlich und das Umfüllen in Flaschen geht leicht.
