Made from organic potatoes with organic rosemary extract

Burger Mühle Organic Potato Pancakes. A creamy, tender centre and a golden crust that invites you to take a bite. Potato pancakes go wonderfully with savoury dishes of all kinds, but are also delicious with sweet decorations such as apple or other fruit purees.
Preparation:
  1. Mix the contents of the sachet with 500 ml cold water.
  2. Leave to soak for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan over a medium heat.
  4. Pour a heaped tablespoon of batter into the pan for each potato pancake.
  5. Flatten the batter into a flat pancake.
  6. Bake on both sides until golden brown and the edges are crispy and brown.
Tip: For more flavour, add chopped onions and nutmeg to the batter.

I could taste the potatoes a little, but the consistency of the mixture was not to my taste. You just can't beat real potato pancakes.

Die Kartoffeln schmecken zwar etwas raus, aber die Konsistenz der Mischung war nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Richtige Kartoffelpuffer sind eben nicht zu überbieten.
