Burger Mühle Organic Mashed Potatoes. The pack contains 2 portions of fine, creamy and delicious mashed potato. Quick to prepare, they make a wonderful side dish for vegetables or meat, or can be used in creative casseroles and pans. Refined with sea salt, nutmeg and garlic.
Preparation:
You will need 1/4 litre of water and 1/4 litre of milk in addition to the contents of the bag.
  1. Bring 1/4 litre of water with half the milk to the boil in a pan.
  2. Remove the pan from the hot hob and add the rest of the milk.
  3. Stir in the entire contents of the sachet (80 g) with a whisk.
  4. Finally, loosen the mixture again with a whisk.
Tip: Refine the purée with a knob of butter or a tablespoon of quark.
