: Review date:I can only share Sibylle B.'s opinion to a certain extent. It is true that there is much less in it now. Before the changeover, there were about 500 ml in it. The price was around 7 euros, if I remember correctly. Converted to the current size, that's about 60 cents more. I also liked to order the square glasses. But there were 2 pieces that looked totally unappetising and the lid was rusty after opening. When I asked the manufacturer, they confirmed that they were "working on the problem". This is probably the reason for the switch to these jars. In any case, I am very satisfied. Otherwise, I would not continue to order the broth.
Die Meinung von Sibylle B. kann ich nur bedingt teilen. Es stimmt, dass nun viel weniger drin ist. Vor der Umstellung waren ca. 500 ml drin. Der Preis lag bei rund 7 Euro, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere. Auf die jetzige Größe umgerechnet sind das in etwa 60 Cent mehr. Ich hatte die eckigen Gläser auch gerne bestellt. Es waren aber 2 Stück dabei, die total unappetitlich aussahen und auch der Deckel nach dem Öffnen rostig war. Auf Anfrage beim Hersteller konnte mir auch bestätigt werden, dass man an "dem Problem arbeiten werde". Vermutlich ist das der Grund für die Umstellung auf diese Gläser. Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden. Ansonsten würde ich die Brühe nicht weiterhin bestellen.

I will probably switch to cheaper products in the future, my "pain threshold" has been reached in any case. Too bad about a good product that probably had too much success.
Ich koche schon seit Jahren mit der Knochenbrühe von Brox und schätze sie nach wie vor. Dass aber jetzt die hübschen Gläser, die ich stets wiederverwendet habe, durch langweilige 08/15 Behälter ersetzt wurden und der Preis gleichzeitig massiv in die Höhe geschnellt ist, schätze ich ganz und gar nicht. Ich werde wohl in Zukunft auf günstigere Produkte umsteigen, meine "Schmerzgrenze" ist jedenfalls erreicht. Schade um ein gutes Produkt, das vermutlich zu viel Erfolg hatte.
