Brochers Organic Psyllium Husks . The seed husks of the Indian psyllium seed "plantago ovata" are characterized by a high fibre content with a good swelling effect. Psyllium husks are neutral in taste, bind a lot of liquid and can keep baked goods fresh and moist. Also suitable for thickening sauces, soups and desserts.

Shake before use.
Recommended dosage: Stir 2 teaspoons (approx. 3.5 g) of psyllium husks into 300 ml of liquid or a smoothie, yoghurt or fruit preparation, allow to swell briefly and enjoy. Please drink at least 200 ml of liquid at a time and drink plenty throughout the day.
