Borchers Organic Erythrit. Calorie-free sweetening with erythritol. Organic erythritol is obtained from maize without genetic engineering. It is slightly less sweet than sugar and refines tea, coffee, yoghurt and desserts. It is also suitable for baking and cooking.
If food and drinks are regularly sweetened with erithritol instead of sugar, this helps to maintain tooth mineralisation and causes blood sugar levels to rise less sharply after consumption than when consuming sugary foods and drinks.
