: Review date:I love this quinoa! Fine-flavored, a great substitute for rice in most cases. I cook it longer than stipulated on the package, though, and use more liquid per grain: 1.25 times the weight of the grain, and about 30 minutes of cooking, the last ten minutes over very low heat or with the heat turned off.
