I sometimes let whole wheat grains pre-sprout in a glass of water (wash 2x/day!) and when a tiny tip appears they are soft and delicious. In any case, it's great for muesli and doesn't need any energy to be made edible.

Ganze Weizenkörner lasse ich manchmal in einem Glas Wasser vorkeimen (2x/Tag waschen!) und wenn sich eine winzige Spitze zeigt sind sie weich und lecker. Auf alle Fälle super für's Müsli geeignet und braucht keine Energie, um genießbar gemacht zu werden.
