I switched to spelt from Bohlsener Mühle because it comes from Germany. Only recently noticed that the spelt from company...... comes from the Czech Republic. Now I also use buckwheat (Germany) and (millet) from Bohlsener Mühle!

Ich bin auf Dinkel von der Bohlsener Mühle umgestiegen, da er aus Deutschland stammt. Habe erst kürzlich bemerkt, dass der Dinkel von Firma...... aus Tschechien stammt. Nehme jetzt auch Buchweizen (Deutschland) und (Hirse) von der Bohlsener Mühle!
