Ready-made mix for falafel made from field beans

Bohlsener Mühle Organic Ready-Mix Airfryer Falafel Bifteki Style. With this ready-mix, you can quickly prepare flavourful falafel with a crisp crust and a juicy centre. The taste is reminiscent of classic bifteki: the combination of fava beans, spices and herbs creates a savoury, well-seasoned flavour with a Mediterranean character. Whether enjoyed as a snack, in a wrap, as a side dish or as a topping for bowls, the falafel are versatile and pair well with hummus or tzatziki. One pack makes approx. 10–12 falafel.
It’s so easy to make:
  1. Pour 200ml of boiling water over the mixture and stir
  2. Leave to stand for 5 minutes
  3. Stir in 3 tbsp oil
  4. With lightly oiled hands, shape into 10–12 falafels
  5. Cook in the air fryer for approx. 10 minutes at 200°C (shaking occasionally)

They also work well in a frying pan or on a grill tray.
