Bohlsener Mühle Organic Airfryer Falafel and Vegetables

Ready-made falafel mix with vegetables

Bohlsener Mühle Organic Ready-Mix Air Fryer Falafel Vegetables. Carrot, leek and selected spices create a slightly sweet, vegetable flavour. Quick to prepare, pleasantly seasoned and wonderfully juicy: Whether enjoyed as a snack, in a wrap, as a side dish or as a topping for bowls, the falafel are wonderfully versatile and pair nicely with hummus or tzatziki. One pack makes approx. 10–12 falafel.
It’s so easy to make:
  1. Pour 200ml of boiling water over the mixture and stir
  2. Leave to soak for 5 minutes
  3. Stir in 3 tbsp oil
  4. With lightly oiled hands, shape into 10–12 falafels
  5. Cook in the air fryer for approx. 10 minutes at 200°C (shake occasionally)

These also work well in a frying pan or on a grill tray.
