Biozentrale Organic Vegetable Patties. Pure plant-based, spicy dry mixture with strong wholemeal oat flakes that can be easily used to prepare delicious, golden-brown patties. The vegetable patties are suitable for salads, vegetarian dishes or as a delicious alternative to meat in a burger bun.

Application:

Mix the contents of the pack with approx. 400-500 ml hot water and leave to soak for approx. 15-20 minutes. Form patties from the mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Tip: You can freeze the baked patties. Warm them up in the oven (approx. 20 minutes at 100 °C top/bottom heat) or in the toaster oven to make them crispy again.
