This tartar sauce is just as versatile as described. Fantastic! I don't want to say you can't taste the difference to "normal" tartar sauce, but it doesn't need to hide at all. Really delicious!

Genau so vielseitig wie beschrieben kann man diese Remoulade benutzen. Fantastisch! Ich will nicht sagen, man schmeckt keinen Unterschied zu "normaler" Remouladensoße, aber verstecken braucht sie sich keineswegs. Richtig lecker!

Ab und zu muss man es trotz gesunder und fettarmer Ernährung mal richtig "krachen" lassen! Also, mehr Freude auf's Brot. Die Remoulade von Biovita kommt da ganz recht. 250 ml sind nicht zu viel, so dass man es in kurzer Zeit leer hat. Sie ist sehr lecker, riecht gut, relativ feste Konsistenz und sie lässt sich gut verarbeiten.
