For one portion of ready-made whipped cream
- 125 ml refrigerator-cold natural soy drink and
- 27 g (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) whipped cream are required.
Pour cold natural soy drink into narrow, tall mixing bowl, add half the contents of the packet. Whip for 5 minutes with hand mixer on highest speed. Serve cold.
** If the whipped cream has been in the fridge for more than 1 hour, whip again with a hand mixer for 1 minute before serving.
Whipping is only possible with natural soy drink (ingredients: water, soy bean) without any additives (e.g. calcium, vanilla, omega3)! Other vegetable drinks (e.g. rice drink), milk, cream or cuisines cannot be whipped.
Note: For optimal consistency, preparation with half of the package contents and 125 ml Soy Drink Natural is recommended by the manufacturer.
