BioVegan Organic Vegan Scrambled Egg with Bacon Substitute. A vegan scrambled egg alternative based on chickpeas that comes with a bacon alternative! Thanks to sophisticated seasoning and smoked shiitake mushrooms as a substitute for bacon, the vegan scrambled eggs impress with their smoky flavour and fluffiness.
Preparation:
  1. Mix the contents of the packet with 125 ml water and leave to soak for approx. 2 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, preheat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil over a medium to high heat.
  3. Pour the mixed powder into the pan in 3 blobs. Turn the blobs after 3 minutes and heat again for 1 minute.
  4. Break up the blobs with 2 spatulas and heat for a further minute. Add a small piece of margarine, swirl the pan - done.
