BioVegan Organic My vegan Pepper Sauce. The vegan pepper sauce convinces with an intensely peppery aroma and is perfect for everyone who loves aromatic pepper. The sauce has a creamy consistency and is therefore the perfect topping for vegan schnitzel, spaetzle & co. However, the mixture is also convincing as a base for hearty dishes such as vegan Geschnetzeltes.
Add more:
- 250 ml water
- 50 ml vegan cooking cream
- Put the contents of the bag in a pot with water and vegan cooking cream and stir with a whisk.
- Bring to the boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer on a low level for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. When the peppercorns are soft, the sauce is ready.
Plus potatoes, spaetzle, wild rice, vegan schnitzel.
