BioVegan Organic Scrambled Egg Substitute. Powder for the preparation of a chickpea-based frying product. Quick and easy to prepare as you only need to add 125 ml of water. Enjoy the scrambled egg substitute with a hearty breakfast or for supper.
Preparation:
- Preheat a non-stick pan well over medium-high heat.
- Now, using a whisk, mix the contents of the packet with 125 cold water.
- Add a little fat to the hot pan and then pour the mixed powder into the pan in 3 blobs. Turn the blobs after 3 minutes and heat for another 1 minute.
- Then break up the blobs with two spatulas and heat for another 1 minute. Now add a small piece of margarine, swirl everything in the pan - done.
