BioVegan Organic Mug Cake Velvet Love. Fruity, spicy and outrageously delicious – this mug cake brings the flavour of a classic spice cake straight to the table in just a few minutes. Simply mix the ingredients, pop it in the microwave for a short while, and you’ll have a warm, aromatic cake with hints of red berries and a spicy depth.
You add: 4 tbsp (40 ml) plant drink
Preparation:
In the microwave:
Pour 4 tbsp (40 ml) of plant drink and the packet contents into a cup. Stir into a smooth batter.
Place the cup on the edge of the microwave turntable and cook the cake at 800 watts (or highest setting) for approx. 60 seconds.
If the mug cake still looks moist, put it back in the microwave for another 10-20 seconds.
In the airfryer: Grease a refractory container, add 4 tbsp plant drink and the contents of the packet and mix to form a uniform batter. Then bake in the Airfryer for 13-15 minutes at 160 °C.
