The lemon peels smell very good and are convenient to use, BUT to my taste they contain far too many bitter substances both when used cold and when baked. My children couldn't eat the biscuits because of the bitterness and my adult palate didn't like them either. It's a pity, because too much of the white inside of the lemon peel was grated during production.

Die Zitronenschalen duften zwar sehr gut und sind bequem zu handhaben, ABER sie enthalten nach meinem Geschmack viel zu viele Bitterstoffe sowohl bei der Kaltanwendung, als auch beim Backen. Meine Kinder konnten das Gebäck aufgrund der Bitterkeit gar nicht essen und meinem erwachsenen Gaumen hat es auch nicht geschmeckt. Schade, da wurde wohl bei der Produktion gespart, indem zuviel von der weissen Innenseite der Zitronenschale mitgeraspelt wurde.

I think the price is okay for the well-known brand, even though other people have said otherwise. The quality of the product is okay. I haven't heard anything bad about it so far. When I order it, I always buy a large quantity in stock.

Die Zitrone schmeckt nicht nur lecker, sie lässt sich auch ganz leicht zu Hause verwenden. Gerne nehme ich sie zum Backen, wenn ich nur eine kleine Menge benötige. Meistens lohnt es sich nicht, eine Zitrone deswegen aufzuschneiden und die Schale abzureiben. Deswegen bin ich froh über solche tollen Hilfsmittel. Den Preis finde ich für die bekannte Marke in Ordnung, auch wenn andere Leute schon einmal etwas anderes gesagt haben. Die Qualität des Produktes ist in Ordnung. Ich habe bisher noch nichts Schlechtes mitbekommen. Wenn ich es mir bestelle, kaufe ich gleich immer eine große Menge auf Vorrat.
