Preparation:
Stir the package contents into 250 ml cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat, stir occasionally and leave to cool for approx. 10 minutes until the icing becomes slightly creamy.

Spread the icing by the tablespoon over the cake, starting from the centre. The cake can be cut after it has cooled (approx. 30 minutes).

Tip:
Evenly sprinkle Biovegan Sahnesteif onto the flan case to prevent soaking.
