250 g sliced fruits
2 tsp lemon juice as desired
Preparation:
Wash fruits and drain. Cut the fruit into small pieces and remove the seeds if necessary.
Weigh out 250 g of fruit. Put the contents of the package in a tall mixing beaker, mix everything well. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to sweet fruits (e.g. blueberries) or to taste. Puree everything together at the highest level for at least 1 minute using a hand blender. The consistency depends on the fruit. Fill the finished fruit spread into clean jars, close tightly and chill for at least 2 hours. The fruit spread can thicken a little.
Important:
Please do not process the juice of the frozen fruit.
Storability:
Organic Gelling Sugar without Cooking contains no preservatives and therefore has no influence on the storability of the fruit spreads! The raw, ready-to-eat fruit spread must be kept in the refrigerator and will stay there for a few days.
