BioVegan Organic Baking Mix Chocolate Cake. A gluten free and vegan baking mix made from rice flour, raw cane sugar, dark chocolate coating and other great ingredients. Whip up your own delicious chocolate cake or chocolate brownies with extra chocolate chips in no time.

You will need:Rectangular baking dish, 20-25 cm long, hand mixer with a whisk

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for circulating air or top/bottom heat. Grease the baking pan well.
  2. Put the chocolate cake mix together with the soy drink and margarine in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer with a whisk, mix briefly on a low setting. Then beat at the highest level for 2 minutes until the mass is creamy and fluffy. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth it out a bit.
  3. Place the chocolate cake on the middle rack for approx. 50 minutes at 180°C circulating air or approx. 60 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat. At the end of the baking time, test the doneness with a wooden skewer in the middle of the cake. If the dough is still sticking to the stick, extend the baking time by approx. 5 minutes and try again.
  4. Let the cake rest in the tin on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Then turn out the cake and let it cool on the wire rack.
Tip: Decorate with chocolate icing as desired.
