: Review date:I have been completely satisfied with BioReal organic wholemeal yeast flakes for several years because:
- consistently 1A sustainable and traceable quality from the manufacturer in the German southwest.
- this organic production method of BioReal is extremely different from the conventional one due to the conservation of nature and resources (e.g. without chemical additives), so that we now only use organic yeast when baking bread; yeast flakes and baker's yeast, etc. are produced without unnecessary pollution for our fellow world!
- Mild taste, many B vitamins and yeast fungi bind heavy metals, as far as I know (the organic production, the B vitamins and the ability to bind heavy metals were/are the main reason for me to use them).

- diese Bio-Herstellungsweise von BioReal unterscheidet sich extrem von der konventionellen durch Natur- u. Eigentlich bestelle ich mir die Flocken immer, weil sie mir so gut schmecken. Hier überzeugt die Qualität und der Geschmack. Habe sie auch schon als Käseersatz verwendet (hab ich mal irgendwo gelesen) auf Salat oder bei Pastagerichten. Schmeckt richtig gut.
