bioladen Organic Spelt Spaghetti. Traditional bronze moulds are used to make the spelt spaghetti. These give the pasta a rough surface, which holds sauces particularly well. Spelt pasta has a slightly nutty flavour and is a little heartier than classic durum wheat pasta. Thanks to the gentle drying process, the pasta retains its firmness when cooked and comes out al dente.

Application:
Use 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil, add salt and then add the pasta. Cook for about 8–9 minutes, then drain and leave to rest for about 1 minute.
Ingredients:
Spelt flour Type 812 (a type of wheat) from certified organic farming.
May contain traces of mustard, soya and other cereals containing gluten.
