bioladen Organic Spelt Penne. Spelt pasta has a richer flavour and a slightly nutty taste compared to classic durum wheat pasta. Traditional bronze moulds are used to make these spelt penne. They give the pasta a rough surface that holds sauces particularly well. Thanks to the gentle drying process, the pasta retains its firmness when cooked and turns out al dente.

Application:
Use 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil, add salt and then add the pasta. Cook for about 10–12 minutes, then drain and leave to rest for about 1 minute.

May contain traces of egg, mustard, soya and other cereals containing gluten.
