Application:
If coconut milk is boiled for too long or over too high a heat, it can lose its delicate flavour and curdle. You should therefore only add coconut milk to hot soups or curries right at the end of the cooking time. The coconut milk should not be boiling vigorously at this stage, but should just be simmering gently.

No emulsifiers are used in the production process. As a result, the coconut fat naturally rises to the surface. The coconut milk returns to a completely liquid state when gently warmed. Shake well before opening. A semi-solid consistency (below 18 °C) is natural and therefore not a sign of poor quality.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep the coconut milk in the fridge and use within 4 days.
