Bioladen Organic Bircher Muesli. This blend, based on a Swiss recipe, combines organic wholemeal oat flakes, wholemeal wheat flakes and wholemeal barley flakes with sultanas, hazelnuts and almonds. The grains used in this muesli are gently steamed and then rolled into uniform flakes.

Mix 100 g of Bircher muesli with 150 ml of milk or 100 g of yoghurt and leave to stand for about 15 minutes
