BioGourmet Saint-Michel Organic Chardonnay Côtes de Thongue IGP. The Chardonnay Saint Michel IGP brings all the class of the Languedoc to the glass. The wine was vinified in stainless steel tanks, where it spent a long time on the fine lees and was stirred regularly - a process that gives it density and a creamy texture. The Chardonnay is rounded off with a portion that was fermented in small oak barrels. The result: a multi-layered wine with mellowness, fullness and a finely integrated wood structure. Dry, balanced and with elegant depth. A white wine that is just as convincing on its own as it is as an accompaniment to fine dishes
