Application:
Add the pasta to the boiling water, leave the pan open and cook, stirring occasionally, until bubbling and check for doneness after 11 minutes.
Use 100-120 g per portion for main courses and 50-80 g per portion as a side dish and measure approx. 1 litre of water with 1 teaspoon of salt per 100 g of pasta.
