BioGourmet Organic Whole Grain Spaghetti. This pasta is made using the bronze process. Connoisseurs appreciate this production method for a variety of reasons. The pasta dough is pressed through special bronze moulds, which have a much rougher surface and imprint this on the pasta. This allows sauces to adhere better. The pressing pressure is also higher than with the Teflon process, which makes the pasta more compact in structure. The result is amazing and can even be experienced by laymen: the pasta becomes "al dente" and looks forward to combining with the flavoured sugi.

Application:

Add the pasta to the boiling water, leave the pan open and cook until bubbling, stirring occasionally, and check for doneness after 7 minutes. Use 100-120 g per portion for main courses and 50-80 g per portion as a side dish and measure approx. 1 litre of water with 1 teaspoon of salt per 100 g of pasta.
