BioGourmet Organic Mussels, marinated. These mussels in a mildly spicy olive oil marinade come from the Iberian Peninsula. They are processed in one of the oldest farms in the region. The mussels are reared on bateas, floating rafts with ropes hanging up to 12 metres into the sea, on which the mussels mature to the right size, and the excellent water quality are responsible for the fine flavour of these mussels.
