BioGourmet Organic Herbal Salt. Without iodine and without anti-caking agents, with 15% dried herbs and vegetables. The Luisenhall saltworks is the last pan saltworks still in operation in Europe. The salt, which is extracted as natural brine from a depth of 460 metres in Göttingen, is just as rich as sea salt, but unlike sea salt, it is free from modern environmental influences. For 160 years, salt has been extracted at the Luisenhall salt works using a process that has remained virtually unchanged, whereby it is boiled in large pans from brine and packaged by hand without any additives.
