BioGourmet Organic Durum Wheat Bulgur. For BioGourmet durum wheat bulgur, the biodynamic durum wheat is gently broken down into whole grains using water and heat and then cooked. This gradually brings out the delicious flavour of the grain. The amber-coloured durum wheat makes a wonderful side dish and is equally suitable for patties or salads.
Basic recipe for one portion:
Bring 40 g bulgur to the boil with three times the amount of water, simmer for 3 minutes, remove from the heat and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes.
