BoGourmet Organic Djuveč Rice . Lovage, bay leaf and paprika smoked over oak wood develop the typical, hearty flavour of the Balkan pan during cooking. Djuveč rice is a tasty dish on its own, but can also be served with mushrooms or vegetables. Serve the Djuveč rice garnished with chopped parsley with a Greek farmer's salad with cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese, for example. Above all, it is a classic side dish for cevapcici and other grilled dishes.

Fry the contents of the packet in a pan with a little olive oil until it becomes slightly fragrant. Then add 800 ml water and simmer for approx. 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
