Quick and easy to prepare, it can be served hot or cold. Chilled, rounded off with vinegar and oil or a squeeze of lemon juice, this dish is a tasty alternative to couscous salad. You can create your own variations by adding feta cheese, fresh mint from your own garden and a finely chopped chilli pepper.

Fry the contents of the packet in a pan with a little olive oil until it is slightly fragrant. Then add 700 ml water and simmer for approx. 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the finished millet with 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp vinegar or a dash of fresh lemon juice.
