BioGourmet Organic Asian Noodle Soup. This noodle soup combines the best of two worlds: the Asian soup tradition and fine soup noodles made from durum wheat semolina. Much of Asian culture has found its way into local cuisine. Tis soup also uses classic Asian ingredients such as soya, shiitake mushrooms, ginger and miso, giving the soup that much-loved full-bodied flavour known in Asia as ‘umami’. This rounded flavour comes from the dried vegetables, mushrooms and spices. All in all, a successful composition that is rounded off with thinly sliced soup noodles.

Bring 800 ml of water to the boil, add the contents of the sachet and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the pasta is soft. If you cook the chilli peppers whole, it will give a mild spiciness; if the chilli peppers are chopped, it will give a strong spiciness.
