I like trying out new things (and especially new flavour combinations!) and found the mix of gingerbread and coconut an unusual, but nonetheless exciting idea - which of course needs to be tasted. There are 3 cream bombs in a pack from BioBack, which have a diameter of around 7-8cm. I stored the pack at room temperature and unfortunately found the gingerbread itself very dry. The coconut cream in the centre of the chocolate bomb was also not a cream for me, as I was able to break it off and bite into it normally (which is not what I expect from a cream). The flavour combination of spicy gingerbread and southern coconut didn't really spark my enthusiasm either. I think the only thing that helps here is to try it yourself. It was nothing for me.

Ich mag es, neue Dinge (und vor allem neue Geschmackskombinationen!) auszuprobieren und fand den Mix aus Lebkuchen und Kokos eine ungewöhnliche, nichtsdestotrotz spannende Idee - die es natürlich zu verkosten gilt. In einer Packung von BioBack befinden sich 3 Creme-Bomben, die etwa einen Durchmesser von 7-8cm haben. Ich habe die Packung bei Zimmertemperatur gelagert und empfand den Lebkuchen an sich leider sehr trocken. Auch die Kokos-Creme im Kern der Schoko-Bombe war für mich keine Creme, da ich diese normal abbrechen und abbeißen konnte (das erwarte ich bei einer Creme anders). Die Geschmackskombi aus würzigem Lebkuchen und südländischer Kokosnuss hat meine Begeisterung auch nicht so richtig entfacht. Ich denke, hier hilft nur, selbst einmal zu testen. Für mich war's nix.
