I have bought the black Bio-Verde Kalamata olives several times over the last year and they are certainly one of the better products among the black organic olives. However, I have noticed differences in taste in different batches. Sometimes the olives themselves are very small, firm, dark and very tasty, then again very large, much lighter, less intense in taste. They were also sometimes clearly saltier, then again milder, sometimes more acidic, then again more harmonious and better. Actually a top product, if you disregard these differences. It would be nice if at least the seasoning ratio remained the same.

Die schwarzen Bio-Verde Kalamataoliven habe ich über das letzte Jahr diverse Male gekauft und sie gehören sicherlich zu den besseren Produkten bei schwarzen Bio-Oliven. Allerdings habe ich doch bei unterschiedlichen Chargen Unterschiede im Geschmack festgestellt. Mal sind die Oliven selbst sehr klein, fest, dunkel und sehr lecker, dann wieder sehr groß, wesentlich heller, weniger intensiv im Geschmack. Auch waren sie mal deutlich salziger, dann wieder milder, mal säuerlicher, dann wieder harmonischer und besser. Eigentlich ein Spitzenprodukt, wenn man von diesen Unterschieden absieht. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest das Verhältnis der Würzung gleich bliebe.
