Meine absolute Weiterempfehlung. Alleine schon die Würzmischung von Kümmel, Fenchel und besonders Brotklee macht dieses Brot zur leichten Kost. Wunderbar auch im Toaster zuzubereiten. Zum Glück gibt es dieses Brot hier zu bestellen, da ich es noch in keinem anderen Markt bekommen habe.

Im Biomarkt ist Ultner Brot schwer zu bekommen. Somit ist Online-Bestellung am besten. Der Geschmack ist wirklich ganz toll (vorausgesetzt, man mag die Kombi Fenchel Kümmel) und wenn man es etwas erwärmt, schmeckt es ein bisschen wie frisch. Bestellung wie auch Versand waren schnell und unkompliziert.
