Schmecken extrem lecker, vor allem kurz angetoastet oder mit etwas Olivenöl in der Pfanne geschwenkt. Auch als Croutons ein richtiges Highlight!

: Review date:At first I thought: "Oh God, they're hard". But when toasted, the Vinschgerl taste so delicious that the package is immediately empty. And they are really fluffy, especially after toasting. My personal tip: cover the ham with cheese and put it in the microwave for a short time. Then place the warm ham with melted cheese on the halved Vinschgerl and bite into it. A dream! I think the price for 4 delicious rolls is still okay.
Anfangs dachte ich erst: "Oh Gott, sind die hart". Getoastet schmecken die Vinschgerl allerdings so lecker, dass die Packung gleich leer ist. Und total fluffig sind sie vor allem nach dem Toasten. Mein persönlicher Tipp: Schinken mit Käse belegen und kurz in die Mikrowelle geben. Den warmen Schinken mit zerlaufenem Käse dann auf das halbierte Vinschgerl legen und reinbeißen. Ein Traum! Den Preis für 4 leckere Brötchen finde ich noch in Ordnung.

Ich bin begeistert: Endlich ein Roggenbrot, das nicht sauer schmeckt! Wenn man es kurz in den heissen Ofen legt, ist es sogar herrlich knusprig. Zudem lässt es sich sehr gut einfrieren, so dass man immer einen Vorrat hat. Ein Frühstück mit diesen Minis und der Tag ist gerettet! Ich werde auf jeden Fall auch die anderen Ultner Brote ausprobieren.
