: Review date:A really good linseed oil that neither tastes bitter nor has a fishy aftertaste, as is unfortunately the case with many linseed oils. It tastes mild and nutty and is ideal for cold dishes. For me, it must not be missing in any salad dressing. The linseed oil should be used up quickly because of the high proportion of sensitive polyunsaturated fatty acids, but even after 3 weeks in the fridge I can't notice any loss of taste. For small households, I would rather recommend small bottles like this.
Ein wirklich gutes Leinöl, welches weder bitter schmeckt, noch einen fischigen Beigeschmack aufweist, wie es leider bei vielen Leinölen vorkommt. Es schmeckt mild und nussig und eignet sich bestens für die kalte Küche. Bei mir darf es in keinem Salatdressing fehlen. Das Leinöl sollte aufgrund des hohen Anteils empfindlicher mehrfach ungesättigter Fettsäuren zügig aufgebraucht werden, ich kann jedoch auch nach 3 Wochen im Kühlschrank keine geschmacklichen Einbußen feststellen. Für kleine Haushalte würde ich eher kleine Flaschen wie diese empfehlen.

Of the different brands I have tried so far, I like Bio Planète the best. The oil does not taste bitter, but mild and nutty. Unfortunately, since it is cold-pressed, it can only be used for cold cooking. Nevertheless, I have no trouble using up even the large bottle. The price is also okay for the good quality. Great oil!
Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen habe ich vor einem Jahr begonnen, Leinöl in meiner Küche zu verwenden. Der hohe Anteil an Omega-3-Fettsäuren tut mir gut und die Einnahme durch Öl ist für mich eine unkomplizierte Art und Weise, sie dem Körper zuzuführen. Von den verschiedenen Marken, die ich bisher probiert habe, gefällt mir Bio Planète am Besten. Das Öl schmeckt nicht bitter, sondern mild und nussig. Da es kalt gepresst wird, ist es leider nur für die kalte Küche zu verwenden. Trotzdem habe ich keine Schwierigkeiten, auch die „große“ Flasche aufzubrauchen. Der Preis ist für die gute Qualität auch in Ordnung. Tolles Öl!

: Review date:A very mild and digestible linseed oil. I am completely thrilled by the nutty taste. My colleague at work recommended it to me. The 250 ml bottle is ideal, as linseed oil has a very limited shelf life once opened. To prepare salad dressings, simply mix with a little mild vinegar, add salt and pepper - and you have a delicious, easily digestible dressing that enhances the flavour of the vegetables rather than masking it. The price at Violey is also great. I give the organic Planéte linseed oil 5 stars!
Ein sehr mildes und bekömmliches Leinöl. Ich bin völlig begeistert von dem nussähnlichen Geschmack. Meine Arbeitskollegin hat es mir empfohlen. Die 250 ml Flasche ist ideal, da Leinöl einmal geöffnet ja nur sehr begrenzt haltbar ist. Zur Zubereitung von Salatdressings einfach mit etwas milden Essig vermengen, salzen, pfeffern - Fertig ist ein leckeres, bekömmliches Dressing, dass den Eigengeschmack des Gemüses nicht übertüncht, sondern unterstreicht. Der Preis bei Violey ist auch super. Das Bio Planéte Leinöl erhält von mir 5 Sterne!
