: Review date:A classy sesame oil! The taste of the sesame is quite penetrating, but leaves enough room for other tastes. This is how cooking with a nut oil should always be! Especially for fried rice or noodles, I can really recommend a good oil (like this one). You can taste the difference.
Ein klasse Sesamöl! Der Geschmack des Sesam ist durchaus eindringlich, lässt aber genug Raum für andere Geschmäcker übrig. So sollte das Kochen mit einem Nuss-Öl immer sein! Vor allem für gebratenen Reis oder Nudeln kann ich ein gutes Öl (wie z.B. dieses hier) wirklich empfehlen. Man schmeckt den Unterschied.

Das Produkt an sich ist top. Aber wie man so einen neu konstruierten Ausguss verkorksen kann, der sich beim Öffnen des Verschlusses gleich mit aus dem Flaschenhals dreht, erschließt sich mir nicht. Mir reicht so etwas, um Bio Planète Öle zukünftig gar nicht mehr zu kaufen.

: Review date:The taste is excellent. I also use it for oil pulling and for the daily oil massage (in winter). In summer, I use coconut oil instead. To "ripen" it ayurvedically, simply heat it slowly to 100 degrees and then let it cool slowly. Ready is the "matured sesame oil", which can be used for many Ayurvedic treatments. Highly recommended!
Geschmacklich hevorragend. Ich nutze es auch zum Ölziehen und für die tägliche Ölmassage (im Winter). Im Sommer nehme ich stattdessen Kokosöl. Um es ayurvedisch zu "reifen", einfach langsam auf 100 Grad erhitzen und dann langsam abkühlen lassen. Fertig ist das "gereifte Sesamöl", welches für viele Ayurveda-Behandlungen verwendet werden kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

: Review date:As with the mild olive oil and the mildly steamed coconut oil, the sesame oil from Bio Planete has convinced us for years. When it was not available for some time, we tried the cheap sesame oil from Rossmann's organic house brand (no comparison, weakly aromatic & bitter) and the one from Rapunzel (ok, but I don't like the brand) - and, since it was available again, we happily returned to Bio Planete. :-)
Wie auch beim milden Olivenöl und beim mild gedämpften Kokosfett überzeugt uns das Sesamöl von Bio Planete seit Jahren. Als es für einige Zeit nun nicht lieferbar war, haben wir das günstige Sesamöl von Rossmanns Bio-Hausmarke (kein Vergleich, schwach-aromatisch & bitter) und das von Rapunzel (ok, aber ich mag die Marke nicht) ausprobiert - und sind, da wieder lieferbar, freudig zu Bio Planete zurück. :-)
