Goes wonderfully with wild herb salads. Rocket, lamb's lettuce, chicory and endive go very well with it. It is also suitable for marinating vegetables such as beetroot or red cabbage and, as a fruity, sweet and sour component, goes well with strong cheeses in salads.

: Review date:A really good mixture if you need it quicker! Can actually be used as a dressing as it is, soak a few onions in it first if necessary - perfect!
Wenns mal schneller gehen muss eine wirklich gute Mischung! Kann eigentlich so wie es ist als Dressing verwendet werden, ggf. vorher noch ein paar Zwiebeln darin einweichen - perfekt!
