: Review date:Rather mild, but keeps what it promises. Due to the high smoke point, you can fry very well with it without losing the whole olive aroma. If you like Mediterranean cooking, sooner or later you will need a good olive oil for frying. I would highly recommend this one if you are really looking for a mild oil.
Eher mild, aber hält, was es verspricht. Durch den hohen Rauchpunkt kann man sehr gut damit braten, ohne das ganze Olivenaroma zu verlieren. Wer gerne mediterran kocht wird über kurz oder lang nicht an einem guten Olivenöl zum Braten vorbei kommen. Würde dieses hier sehr empfehlen, wenn man wirklich ein mildes Öl sucht.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Brat-Olivenöl, ich nehm es viel lieber als Raps- oder Keimöl. Bei Ölen zum Verfeinern hab ich mit Bio Planète schon gut Erfahrungen gemacht und auch das Bratöl hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt.
