: Review date:An excellent oil at a really fair price. We always order the Bio Planète olive oil in the big bottle because it tastes so good. The organically grown olives really make a much better oil. What's great is that it tastes nice and mild, because we don't like those sour oils at all. We use olive oil every day, mostly for salads and caprese. But please do not use this virgin oil for frying. It ruins the taste, but above all the valuable ingredients. For this purpose, there is a special frying olive oil that can be heated without any problems.
Ein hervorragendes Öl zu einem echt fairen Preis. Wir bestellen das Bio Planète Olivenöl immer gleich in der großen Flasche nach, weil es uns einfach so gut schmeckt. Die biologisch angebauten Oliven machen wirklich ein viel besseres Öl. Super ist, dass es geschmacklich schön mild ist, denn wir mögen diese sauren Öle überhaupt nicht. Das Olivenöl wird bei uns eigentlich täglich verwendet, meistens für den Salat bzw. für die Caprese. Aber bitte dieses native Öl nicht zum Braten verwenden. Das macht den Geschmack, aber vor allem auch die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe kaputt. Dafür gibt es extra ein Brat-Olivenöl, welches sich ohne Probleme erhitzen lässt.
