: Review date:This is the best olive oil I know and I have looked around quite a bit before. The oil tastes pure, fresh, just the way you want it and it's not too spicy either. One of my kitchen favourites and for the quality, the price for a litre is absolutely justified. I use it for salads but also for baking bread (Italian bread), for vegetables to roast a base with onions or leeks beforehand, in vegetable soup, on bread with tomatoes, in spreads (homemade in the mixer) and for pizza dough and also to grill vegetables in the oven (grill from above). It tastes simply excellent, even with antipasti. Absolutely recommended by me.
Dies ist das beste Olivenöl, das ich kenne und ich habe mich vorher schon ganz schön umgeschaut. Das ÖL schmeckt pur, frisch, einfach so wie man es sich wünscht und ist auch nicht zu scharf. Einer meiner Küchenfavoriten und für die Qualität ist der Preis für einen Liter absolut gerechtfertigt. Ich benutze es für Salat aber auch gerne zum Brotbacken (talienisches Brot), bei Gemüse um vorher eine Grundlage mit Zwiebeln oder Lauch anzurösten. in Gemüsesuppe, auf Brot zu Tomaten, im Brotaufstrich (selbstgamacht im Mixer) und für Pizzateig und gerne auch um Gemüse im Backofen zu grillen (Grill von oben). Es schmeckt einfach hervorragend so auch bei Antipasti. Absoluter Empfehlungstip von mir.
