A very tasty oil! Most oils cannot withstand the high heat of wok dishes. But the wok oil has a very high smoke point. That's why I often use it for frying because I don't need much of it and it gives the meat or vegetables a subtle spiciness right from the start.

Ein sehr leckeres Öl! Die meisten Öle halten der hohen Hitze bei Wok-Gerichten nicht stand. Das Woköl hat aber einen sehr hohen Rauchpunkt. Ich nehme es daher auch oft so zum Braten her, weil ich nicht viel davon brauche und es dem Fleisch oder Gemüse gleich beim Braten eine dezente Schärfe verleiht.
