: Review date:I have been using this Bio Planète Milk Thistle Oil in my mixed salad for about 10 days to strengthen my digestion and liver. I take 2 tablespoons a day, I don't need the plastic measuring cup that comes with it. In the last few weeks I have had and will have some stress (house clearance) which hits my stomach and intestines. Since I have been using the oil, I have at least had less flatulence and no more constant nervous feeling of fullness after eating, and my digestion has been much better since then. I recommend it!
Ich verwende dieses Bio Planète Mariendistelöl seit ca. 10 Tagen in meinem gemischten Salat, um meine Verdauung und meine Leber zu stärken. Ich nehme täglich 2 EL, den beigefügten Plastik Dosierbecher brauche ich dazu nicht. In den letzten Wochen hatte und werde ich noch einigen Stress haben (Wohnungsauflösung), der mir auf Magen und Darm schlägt. Seitdem ich das Öl verwende, habe ich zumindest weniger Blähungen und kein andauerndes nervöses Völlegefühl mehr nach dem Essen und meiner Verdauung geht es seitdem schon viel besser. Empfehlenswert!
