: Review date:Excellent product. Neutral flavour. You can use it to replace half of the butter in recipes. Coconut oil seems to help my mother, who has Alzheimer's disease. I baked her sweets with 1 tablespoon a day and her cognitive abilities improved noticeably.
Ausgezeichnetes Produkt. Geschmacklich neutral. Man kann bei Rezepten mit Butter, die Hälfte damit gut ersetzen. Kokosfett hilft meiner Alzheimer erkrankten Mutter scheinbar. Täglich 1 Esslöffel, hab ihr Süssigkeiten gebacken, ihre kognitiven Fähigkeiten verbesserten sich merkbar.

: Review date:Since I discovered this coconut fat, we've been frying fries in the deep fryer again. Simply ingenious for frying: Hardly any unsaturated fatty acids, high smoke point and neutral taste. And if I do want to taste coconut again, I still have the wonderfully aromatic coconut oil in the cupboard.
Seit ich dieses Kokosfett entdeckt habe, gibts bei uns wieder Pommes aus der Friteuse. Einfach genial zum fritieren: Kaum ungesättigte Fettsäuren, hoher Rauchpunkt und neutraler Geschmack. Und wenn ich dann doch wieder mal Kokos schmecken möchte, habe ich ja auch noch das herrlich aromatische Kokosöl im Schrank.
