: Review date:I have only used this avocado oil for frying, for salads I like to use a pumpkin seed oil that gives the salad the same colour as a balsamic vinegar :-) I am really enthusiastic and can also highly recommend the other organic Planete oils. This oil is pressed from Kenyan fair-trade organic avocados. With its subtle taste, it is very suitable for vinaigrettes and dips as well as for baking, frying and the wok. This oil can be heated very well. I am currently using the orange oil from Bio Planete, which goes particularly well with steamed carrots :-) Although the high-quality organic Planet oils are very expensive, they are worth every cent to me! You can/should save money elsewhere, but not on the good taste!
Ich habe dieses Avocado Öl bisher nur zum Braten verwendet, für Salate nehme ich sehr gerne ein Kürbiskern Öl, dass dem Salat die gleiche Farbe gibt wie ein Balsamico Essig :-) Ich bin echt begeistert und kann auch die anderen Bio Planete Öle wärmstens empfehlen. Dieses Öl wird aus kenianischen fair gehandelten Bio Avocados gepresst. Mit seinem dezenten Geschmack eignet es sich sehr gut für Vinaigrettes und Dips sowie zum Backen, Braten und dem Wok. Dieses Öl ist sehr gut erhitzbar. Gerade benütze ich das Orangen Öl von Bio Planete, dass besonders gut zu gedünsteten Karotten passt :-) Obwohl die qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Bio Planet Öle sehr teuer sind, sind sie mir jeden Cent wert! Sparen kann/soll man woanders, aber nicht beim guten Geschmack!!!

: Review date:Really mild, it's great in salads, on bread or in a smoothie. The problem with avocado cultivation led me to simply add the oil to my smoothie. I am very satisfied with it. Other avocado oils can have a slightly unpleasant smell or aftertaste... this one is absolutely fantastic, even far beyond the expiry date!
Richtig mild, macht sich hervorragend in Salaten, auf Brot oder auch im Smoothie. Das Problem mit dem Avocado-Anbau, hatte mich darauf gebracht einfach das Öl mit in meinen Smoothie zu tun. Damit bin ich sehr zufrieden. Andere Avocado-Öle haben leicht mal einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch oder Nachgemack... dieses hier ist bei mir auch noch weit über das MHD hinaus absolut fantastisch!

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Öl - ich nutze es sowohl ab und zu für die Hautpflege (gemischt mit wenigen Tropfen Karottensamenöl ist es auf jeden Fall eine super Pflege für den Augenbereich; in der Form nutze ich es täglich anstatt Augencreme) und schmeckt auch toll in Salaten, da es einen milden, angenehmen Geschmack hat.
